<p>I got one from the meat guy.  My BF says he'll try it but he's pretty skeptical.  Anything I can do to make it awesome?</p>

<p>I did the anticuchos recipe out of NT, it was pretty decent.  My dh loved it.  Heat is just a muscle, so it pretty much taste like any other piece of beef muscle.  I thought had a bit of a liver flavor and was a little rubbery.  I think the most important would be to make sure you trim out all the tough pieces. </p>
