Okay, may be tmi...but struggling over here...have increased fiber, water, and doing calm every night before bed.......so such luck...any ideas? Thinking of mineral oil, but wasn't sure if was safe...thoughts?

If you are still going then a dietary fibre supplement like Metamucil might be enough. Chia seeds also have a lot of fibre. As do prunes and other dried fruit.

If your bowels have stopped working altogether then a mild laxative such as lactulose might be necessary to get things started again.

I'm going about once a week... :( So I don't know if that counts as stopped or not....I forgot about chia seeds, I do have some of those...I just read about molasses too, so I'm gonna try that. So frustrating!!!

Thanks for the ideas!

I would say you need a laxative to get things moving properly while you increase dietary fibre then.

Are you taking any medication? Ondansetron can cause terrible constipation.
