Homemade cleaners safe for use w/microfiber cloths?

I just ordered some microfiber cloths and was wondering if my homemade cleaners would be safe to use w/them. It didn't specify in the literature which cleaners are safe to use w/them. I know the concept is to clean w/out any cleaners but I know there will be times when I want to use my cleaners along w/the cloths. My cleaners are usually made w/castile soap, baking soda, vinegar, essential oils, washing soda, and water. Do you think any of these would hurt or shorten the life of my cloths?
