Hi I am needing a homemade kitchen spray such as 409.

I just use vinegar and whatever my essential oil of choice is at the moment. Right now it's grapefruit. If you're looking to cut grease, add a squirt of Dr. Bronner's. Works great, dirt cheap!

Same here, a 50/50 mix of water and vinegar. The vinegar smell goes away very quickly, but I'm so used to it I actually enjoy it now!

I have found the Bio-Kleen degreaser works just as well as those like 409 and fantastik.

It isn't homemade but it does work well.
