Hi ladies,

My little one (16 mos) bruised his toe.

I would like to give him some homeopathic arnica to try to soothe the discomfort. I have the Boiron 30C Arnica Montana pellets from the hfs, and the label says "children and adults, 5 pellets, 3 times a day". Is this safe for a big 16 m.o., or should I lower the dosage? Also, I have the arnica ointment, HPUS 1X. Can I apply that topically?? I am still learning about homeopathy, so any info you ladies have would help!! Thank you so much and God bless.

I've given lots of homepathic remedies (including Arnica) to my kids and they've always been okay. I usually give a smaller dose. I usually start out with a low dosage (1 or 2) when I try a new remedy but after I know they are okay with it, I have increased it depending on the severity of the incident.

Thank you, ladies!

I put the arnica gel on ds's toe, and it seems to be doing all right.
I may try giving a low dose (one or two pellets) of the hp arnica later today.

Thank you again!

God bless you,
