Has anyone tried these? My sleep issue is usually related to getting really excited or stressed and it mkaes it hard for me to wind down. Which remedy would be apprpriate for that?<br><br>

I would recommend helium either in inert gas form (its in a small glass vial that you can wear or put under your pillow), or as a vibrational remedy.

I find that Calmes Forte works pretty well if it's thoughts that are keeping me awake. My husband uses it too. It's not a specific remedy, but a homeopathic mixture.

I took some of this later in the day and noticed a difference. It said ask dr if preg or bf, but homeopathy is safe for that right?

Don't quote me on this--I'm no expert--but from what I understand they are safe. I'm still bf my son regularly and have been taking it on occasion.

Yes, it's perfectly safe. Because it's just water.

Calm's forte is so great. I took it during pregnancy on the really bad nights. I found it just helped me have a deeper sleep. Also for some types mag carb works. I take some of those tabs at night.<br>
Also, an ayurvedic practitioner recommended coconut oil on the feet--wipe off excess or put on socks. It is so nice!

I think Valarian Root might be helpful.

Valerian is great, but not recommended during pregnancy, and I would hesitate to take it in the evening if your dc wasn't nightweaned.<br>
Do you have time to take a bath before bed? Chamomile is another gentle remedy you could try.<br>
Not sleeping well is not at all pleasant - I hope you find something that works.<br>
