DD bumped her cheek on the corner of a table the other day, and I put some homeopathic arnica salve on it. I was going to give her the arnica tablets too, but dh said that he was told that you can't use them if you put arnica salve on. Has anyone heard this? Why would that be?

Anyhow, the salve worked great! It was a big, purple, swollen lump and I salved her up before bed, by morning the swelling and bruising was gone and there was just a little 'boo boo' with pink around it.

She's a new walker so she's bumping and scraping herself 10x a day. We are going to visit family this week for the holidays and I'd rather she didn't show up looking like she was in a roller derby, so the arnica is a godsend!

I know with homeopathy less is better so maybe if you use both remedies it would have the opposite effect.
