upon looking at the registration....hopefully i am reading it incorrectly...it says there is a nursing room for babies "24 months and under" and there are "childrens conferences" for ages 5 to 12......um, okay....what if you have a kid between 2 and 5?? What am i supposed to do with dd?
Anybody know? Perhaps the info is there somewhere and I'm just not getting it?
You can take 2-5 yr olds in the exhibit area for free but they cannot go into the sessions with you. I don't think they will allow any children in the sessions, even sleeping/nursing infants.

Ironic & sad that a homeschooling convention expects us to not be with our children.
Sorry, Gina, I can't go this year, Whingari is my priority.
Does anyone know how much the exhibitor hall passes cost...I couldn't find that on the site.

Yeah the irony of the FAMILY CENTERED HOMESCHOOLING SOCIETY not allowing nursing kidlets into their conferences just wows me...
Em's not nursing
: but she is very attatched none the less, and me being at school/commuting for five to seven hours a day is enough seperation, too much even. I don't want to make it worse by leaving her with grams on our one day to be a family...
I totally agree about the no baby policy. It really sucks!
My youngest is almost 2 1/2 so I can leave him for awhile without causing trauma. I will have to whip out my boob as soon as I walk in the door though
I have missed the last few conferences because I didn't want to leave my baby.
