There are tons of homeschoolers around Atlanta! But what area do you live in?

Thanks for responding, Lula's Mom. I am located in the Chamblee/Dunwoody area. We had my five year old daughter in a wonderful Montessori school for two years but had to pull her out due to finances. She is now in public Kindergarten and not too thrilled about it. I also have another daughter who will be three in December. I had already planned on homeschooling her for her primary/preschool years--in a make-shift Montessori style, as best I can. I am really considering pulling my eldest out. I would love to pick the brains of some successful secular homeschooling families in my area.

We homeschool in Cumming.

We're in Cherokee county, but some of us get together most Fridays in the Roswell area--check the N. Metro playgroup thread. There are usually at least 2 or 3 homeschooling families there (including everyone who's posted on this thread).
