I know I read somewhere about having local honey to help with seasonal allergies. Today at the farmer's market I picked up some delicious local raw honey. But it occurs to me - I don't know how I'm supposed to have it. Can I just eat a tablespoon per day? Would a teaspoon per day be enough? Is it ok to put it in tea or should I have it straight? Drizzled on toast?

Thanks!

I prefer to eat it straight. I wouldn't put it in anything hot just in case you kill some of the good stuff. I like eating a tablespoon
