I remember this happening around 36 weeks with ds1, my face broke out, I got a slight yeast infection, and I felt very emotional.

Well its happening again. I'm 36 weeks, my face is breaking out after being completely clear for ages, I have a bit of the itchies down there (doing tea tree oil and probiotics and that seems to be taking care of it), I was so weepy the other day that I broke down, and last night I had the worst nightmares all night long (and I never have nightmares!) about being stalked by strange men and having to run for my life at 9 months pregnant. :

Anyone else feel like there's some hormonal shifting going on?

Absolutely I don't know about running for your life at 9mo pregnant, but running for the bus is pretty darned uncomfortable. We went out to dinner tonight and I cried when they sang Happy Birthday at the next table : And I cried this morning, and yesterday, and I want to kill my sons and as for Skye- well, just forget it.
I'm past the thrushiness and everything else though, just fed up and tired and overemotional. IOW, I'm pregnant.

Mine have definitely shifted. I cry over good things as well as bad things and can't bring myself to care about losing so many jobs and having practically no money coming in. I have trouble relating to anyone who isn't just as obscenely pregnant as I am. I'm completey in third trimesterland and just can't be bothered with things that aren't important.

well I put a drop of TTO on my finger and just sort of run it up in there and around. I find more than a drop is too strong for me.

Then I will soak a tampon in yogurt for a minute (I open 2-3 probiotic capsules and mix them up in the yogurt) and leave it in overnight. I'm feeling much better today.

I used acidophilus capsules for the itchies about a week ago: one apiece internally "both ways" for two days and on the third day I just took one by mouth. That seems to have cleared it right up.

I'm just shy of 34 weeks and this is beginning for me, too -- I have my first zit in 9 months, and I'm an emo wreck!
