Is anyone having hot flashes? I will be going about my business then all of a sudden my face is beet red and hot like someone embarrassed me really bad... It's happened a couple times at work, and everyone looks at me like I'm a freak.. but I'm pretty sure it is just hormonal weirdness...?

Yes, definitely. All day I am taking layers of clothes off after a hot flash & then piling them back on when I feel normal again. I figure it's regular old hormonal weird thing. But it is annoying, & I'm sure I'd be a bit embarrassed if I were at work, too!

I don't get hot flashes exactly, but I've been having weird waves of chills/goosebumps for the past few weeks. Feels like pins and needles washing over my whole body, repeatedly, for a few minutes at a time. Very strange. I chalk it up to hormones.
