I got my hotsling a few weeks ago, it is the first pouch I have used(have a wrap and lots of ring slings) but whenever I put dd in and start walking it slips right down my shoulder. She is 2 months old so I am only doing the cradle carry, but if I hike the fabric all the way up on top of my shoulder or fold it in half, then she seems too upright and not reclined enough, plus it's not very comfortable for me. Does anyone else have this problem? I want to love my hotsling too!!

But it doesn't show the shoulder side. I have mine folded in half and spread out on my shoulder. I can try to get a pic of the shoulder side if you would like me to?

Ok, here are some pictures, this is how I find wearing it most comfortable. Sometimes I flip out the shoulder like in the one pic, it helps to tighten the front rail.
