I think I'm finally starting to feel less tired this week....a little. I was feeling so exhausted to didn't have the energy for my daily yoga practice. Consequently I am now suffering from sciatic nerve pain. Ugh! Also, I started taking melatonin to help me sleep (I have a 1.5 yo who hates to sleep) which I recently realized was making me more drowsy during the day, like tired from walking upstairs, and was giving me bad headaches once a week, all listed side effects.

Does anyone have any suggestion for other pregnancy safe sleep aids? preferably herbal/ natural.

I always like having a bedtime tea like chamomile

Also I found a walk an hour before bedtime helped- but that got harder when I got heavier
