Sometimes rinsing a plant under the tap can help, including under leaves. Or use a quart of water w/ a little detergent added and rinse thoroughly.
Good luck...this happens to me, too sometimes. I sometimes squish the little bugs by hand. Also, make sure you have good drainage and let the plant dry a little in between waterings.
