How contagious is Hand, Foot and Mouth?

All three of us have hand, foot and mouth right now, it's not fun but we're coping. It's just that we are running out of groceries and I was curious if we can go out. I think that we are on the mend or at least over the hump, but I would hate to get anyone else sick. We only have it in the mouth and have no sores anywhere else. Do you think it would be okay to go? My dh been going to work still, which I really hope doesn't sprend it at least he doesn't work with kids.
