I scored the most lovely vintage quilt top (50s-60s) from the thrift store. It's about twin size. How do I finish it, to make a quilt from it? It has a tiny hole, and already has one patch. It is thin, most likely poly/cotton blend. The squares are really big, like scarf size.

What are some ideas I can do to make this something I can actually use on a bed?
