I've been buying RRL and nettle in the prepackaged bags. Today I decided to be adventerous and bought RRL, nettle, dandelion root, and peppermint in bulk (loose tea leaves). How much (in dry measurements) of each tea leaf do I need per 6 oz cup of tea?

Most teas are about 1 tsp per cup. Some herbs turn bitter if you steep them for too long. HTH
