I love candy. and cookies. I eat way too much of them. I'm not over weight at all but will probably be as I get older if I don't stop. I am compulsive about eating these things and feel guilty about not having them for the kids if I don't buy them at all.<br><br>
I love my candy especially. and lovely cookie with my tea in the afternoon.<br><br>
how do I break myself from this?
