You could look in your library for the book The Yeast Connection. I can't remember the author but he wrote a few books on the subject and they are common to the libraies that I frequent. Basically, an anti-yeast diet means no sugar of any kind. Depending on the severity of the problem, some people also eliminate all bread and other flour products (such as pasta), especially white flour products. Fruit can also be a problem and dairy (except for yogurt) because of the natural sugars. The book I mentioned gives a quite detailed diet recommendations, but the main thing is the sugar. If you eliminate sugar entirely and greatly limit the other products I mentioned, it will probably help. Acidophilus can also be a help.
