Hi all!

I am dealing with a yeast infection right now and I also just finished my moon time. I want to make sure that, when I finally get rid of this yeast, I don't go and reinfect myself next month! But at the same time, I'm scared to death to wreck my cup! (It only cost me $70 CND )

So, if any of you ladies have been in a similar position, I would really like a few ideas about how to make sure my cup won't be a future source of infection for me.

I just looked at the Keeper web site and they suggest wiping it down with vinegar every month. (Never knew that... note to self!) You might want to phone them or drop them an email. Good luck.

I had this problem last month. I rinsed mine in vinegar(5% solution) and washed thoroughly with soap and water and air dried and it was fine for me this month. No problems. Good luck.
