We have a fairly healthy sex life...if you count every sunday putting in a video for the kids and locking the bedroom door as healthy. We would love more alone time (i just cant have sex with my DC in the room sleeping or not) How do you do it?

When we had our own place, whenever DH was home and DD was napping or watching a new DVD (libraries are wonderful for those!). Now that we are staying with my parents before our new house closes...uh huh. It's easy to distract a 2yo...it's a little different when there's 4 other family members in the house past the age of non-understanding. LOL!

Hmmmmmmm not often enough damn it!

Well, we manage once a week at least usually....usually just in bed once both kids are asleep.........baby is not a good sleeper and wakes every 2-3 hours or less depending.............so the clock ticks for us.....
: But when we do it is awesome...at least we've honed it down to basic good stuff.........I am not a big fan of foreplay (yes I know weird........I can usually O pretty damn easy every time so I don't like to fidgit early on LOL)...so we tend to jump right in (so to speak) pretty fast.

Sometimes when oldest is in school and baby naps we do it..........nothing like afternoon nookie.

We do the living room now and then when the mood strikes..........

Just whenever the mood hits but sadly not often enough and we tend to go weeks dry..........then when the nagging and fighting gets huge we realize we need connecting badly.

We tend to take advantage of every opportunity we get, because we are never sure when the next one will hit. But I have to admit, my three boys now sleep in a room together and dh and I have our own room starting about 2 months ago. Makes things much easier. But definately using other rooms makes it more exciting and gives you many more opportunities. When ds3 was still in bed with us though, we'd let him fall asleep and very quietly slip onto the floor or inro the ajoining bathroom

We do family bed so we finally broke down this year and bought a full-sized couch. (We used to have a loveseat that was two feet shorter than dh is tall.) When one kid is asleep in her bed and one is asleep in our bed the living room is quiet and relatively private and comfy.

We did once both wake up when ds started crying at night, about 2 am, and when he went back to sleep we were still awake. Hey, if you have the opportunity...

We either pop in a movie and get a quickie, or just wait til the kids are sleeping. Dd still cosleeps and we have been known to do it right next to her:ignore
Otherwise we use the family room couch or we just found out the recliner is also pretty fun too.

What is "it"? I seem to remember "it". I used to like "it". But now I can't find "it". I think "it" left when dd got here. Maybe someone took "it".

:

Try finding "it" when you have three kids, and none of them naps anymore!

We're like the parents in Meet the Fockers--it has to be a special occasion!
