Rub it in the best you can. It makes your hands soft!


You can still use the cover as is. If it would make you more comfortable, just rewash it. That should remove some of the excess lanolin.

I am notorious for this :LOL. I jsut put it in some really warm water for a while and then roll in a towel. Do that maybe twice if it's really bad and it should be fine. I never like to use any kind of harsh soaps or anything with wool so I just soak it a couple times.

I would just use it that way, I actually like using a lot of lanolin. I use it for everything anyway though, rashes, chapped skin, lip stuff. LOL

It's not that I think the mucho lanolin will hurt her, it's just that it feels NASTY to me :LOL I wanted to get some of it off because after I stuck my arm in it and it was all sticky I had to get it off FAST! *shudder*

I will try soaking it in warm water for a while. Thanks so much ladies!
