if your baby has chunky thighs? And how exactly do you measure them?
I always thought ds had chunky thighs just by looking at him, but by the way some of his diapers fit, I'm not so sure....
This one confuses me too. My little girl is quite tiny, she's 15 months and 19lb. She has none of those typical baby rolls and creases on the thighs at all (I do, and let me tell you, its not attractive in a 36 year old). She does not have chunky thighs. She doesnt even have dimples on her knuckles like babies do, she has hands like a miniature adult.
Yet all our side snapping items are usually on the last snap on the thigh with inches to go in the waist, which is always on the tightest snaps. If that's chunky thighs, slim thighs must be skeletal.

That sounds like both my girls. My first was a skinny minny once past the baby stage. I never really thought of her having chubby thighs. She certainly didn't have rolls, but she was always on bigger snap settings for the thighs than the waist. My second DD is probably 20-lbs at almost 15-mos and she most definitely has chubby thighs.
Aidan is 4 months, 22 pounds and when I measured his thighs for a friend that's making me a soaker...11 inches! Yep, I'd say he has chunky thighs. *LOL* He inherited thunder thighs from me, and like a PP said...baby fat is cute in a baby, not a 30 year old.
