I use one of these <a href="http://http//cgi.ebay.com/OIL-FLAVOR-MISTER-SPRAYER-COOKING-SPRAY-PUMP-BOTTLE_W0QQitemZ4424192549QQihZ001QQcategoryZ20651QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItem" target="_blank">http://http://cgi.ebay.com/OIL-FLAVO...QQcmdZViewItem</a> I've gotten them at Kitchen collection, wal-mart and k-mart for about $5 and you can use any oil that is liquid at room temp. No need to add anything to the oil<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="smile">
