So I read this article about the importance of a supportive dr. during early pregnancy (for recurrent miscarriages).

I am wondering what types of things you do to support yourself during pregnancy?

I have asked people to pray for me (& the baby). I also went to a relaxtion energy healing seesion yesterday to set good intetions for this pregnancy. I am trying to rest a bunch with my feet up (at least several times per day). I've asked my mom to help out with our son/meals & some house keeping stuff. But I need more ways to support myself/this pregancy. I am also considering some acupuncture treatments. (I've also resorted to stress eating in the past-not so healthy but a good distration).

What are your favorit pregnancy pampering ideas.

My son died shortly after his birth last August. I'm due again this August and I've found that the closer I get to my due date the more anxious I get. So, I found a counselor who specializes in pregnancy and birth loss (her first child was stillborn so she's been in our shoes).

Both DH and I have been going and it has made a really big difference in my anxiety level (and also very helpful in my grief).

It's hard to be rational when you've experienced a loss and looking for extra help is worth it.
