This is not a cut I usually buy off the shelf, but we have several still in the freezer from our quarter of beef. Beyond just seasoning it up and eating it as is with a few sides and country fried steak, I'm at a loss.<br><br>
I'm wondering if anyone has any other interesting ways to use it?

I like to flour and fry mine in Coconut oil, then make some gravy and simmer it in the gravy for a while.<br><br>
What is country fried steak?
