I have seen many variations on how to wash CDs in different threads. I thought we might combine all the methods that have worked for all of you experienced CDers into one thread for those (like me
: ) that are new to CDing.

So....

What products do you use?
Hot or cold water?
How many soaks/washes/rinses?
Anything else?

What products do you use? Regular detergent like Tide, Cheer, Sun, etc. No free & clear.

Hot or cold water? Cold rinse, Hot wash

How many soaks/washes/rinses? Cold rinse, Hot wash/cold rinse cycle, 2nd cold rinse

Anything else? Keep the routine as simple as possible.:)

I soak all my dipes in a bucket with cold water and BacOut prior to washing because I have a front loader. I then wash on hot/cold with a tiny amount of BioKleen Laundry Liquid and a small amount of BioKleen oxygen boost. I then rinse the dipes after the wash on hot/cold again before throwing them in the dryer.
