With ds I had an ultrasound at 11wks + a few days and they guessed. It is quite early at that time - but I happened to be seeing a high risk doctor (I wasn't high risk - it was just who I ened up seeing). She spent a lot of time looking at ultrasounds I guess and was able to make a guess. THen we had a regular 20 week ultrasound and it was clear we were having a boy.

This time I had a 10 week ultrasound and there was no way to tell. I'll have another around 20 weeks and hope to find out then.
