So when do you change your overnight combination? Just curious, sometimes w/i 5 minutes of getting up - other times, up to 45 mins :
Well ...it used to be within minutes of getting up ...but dd has decided that she gets to tell me when to change her (and who am I to argue) ... usually she tells me immediately that she wants to use the potty so she loses the overnight diaper right away ... but sometimes she insists on keeping it on for an embarrassingly long time (for me anyways ... I certainly don't want her wearing a sopping wet diaper all morning) ... but then it's 3:38 am right now and I'm up because she woke up wanting to use the potty and be changed so it's not like she's going to have been wearing her night diaper ALL night anyways. (I think we're on the crux of pottylearning ... yesterday she asked to pee about 50% of her pees in the potty).
It depends on the mood. Our sleep/wake pattern is so sporadic. If she wakes up happy and dry, (thank goodness this is happening more and more). I put her on the potty and she happily goes.

If she wakes up wet and happy, I change her right away. If she wakes up really mad and wet, I wait until the melt down is over, nurse, then change, which could be anywhere from 10-30 minutes!
I have to agree that it is difficult to pin down a 2 year old after they are well rested. The last thing that Ben wants to do in the morning is settle down for a diaper change. So I change him on his terms. When we doesn't give me a fight, we go. I can usually say "Diaper" and Ben will run up, grab my hand, and we run off to the dressing table.

I usually change Zach when he gets up since he is in my room anyway.

And Megan takes off her Kiwi Pie herself and I usually have to ask her where she stashed it. She will usually put the NN in the diaper pail and set her wool on the dressing table, but not always.
VERY fast. Within 1 minute

OF course she usually wakes up because she's poopy.... so....
Pretty much first thing and sometimes it's soaked and sometimes it's dry.

This varies every morning depending on how hungry Corbin is and what his baby sister is wanting at the time. If he can hold out and Hadley is sleeping then right away. If he is screaming for food, and she is crying for boob then it might be a little while.

Hadley is changed as soon as we are up for the day.
I guess it all depends. Some mornings right away, but there are alot of factors to the AM change.
1. Have we had morning poo
2. Are the girls still asleep, because they might not be after I am done
3. Am I ready for wrasslin the alligator death roll.
Some mornings momma needs caffine before she can deal with this task, other times I just make a bee line for the dipes.
I do not beat myself up about this, with 3 kids you do things when you can. And if you go a little longer than intended, then so be it.
Oh have I mentioned Josh learned how to remove aplix? :
Not a trick I will be bragging on in his baby book :LOL
It depends on what he is wearing and if he woke up in the middle of the night to drink his sippycup. If he has his Fuzbaby speckled egg on(too big in the rise) I change him with in a minute because I don't want him to poop in it(so I can resell it). Sometimes he doesn't get his sippycup until he wakes up and he is usually dry. So I wait until he pees usually with in 30 minutes.
