This kind of question is totally out of character for me, but i have to know. For the past ?6? months my boobs have been very flat & droopy. My DD is 19 months, it could be that this happened longer ago, but i can't remember. anyway, trying to find a bra is really difficult because when i get a large enough cup, my boobs just kind of hang there. They don't fill it out. I'm pretty thin overall, but when i look at my boobs i feel like a person who lost a lot of weight and now they just have skin hanging...KWIM? I met a woman a couple months ago who I swore had a boob job. Well, in conversation i come to find out that she nursed her youngest for 2 1/2 years (who is now almost 4) and she said she did NOT have implants. But, they are so perfect and round looking...i just want my boobs back!

I'm with ya. My DS is still nursing, but close to being weaned and is 23 months old. When I lay on my side or back, I have NOTHING. Like you, I am a thin person and pre-pregnancy I was a full A cup and I hope to even be able to fill out an A cup when it's all said and done. The skin of my boobs is really thin too. Not all firm and tight like they used to be. My nipples are really long too (sorry, but they are) and I have to tuck them down (or up) in my tight tank tops (which I use as nursing bras). It will be interesting to see what happens to them after I fully stop nursing. I am dying to get a real bra, but I am waiting until DS is fully weaned to see the "damage." Don't get me wrong, it's not like I'm gonna go have a boob job or anything - I love me anyway I am and so does DH. I know I am more than my boobs, but it sure was great when I filled out a shirt nicely.

And, I feel a little bit mislead because before I got pregnant, I'd never heard of boobs changing like this! I thought they got bigger and STAYED bigger. Well, better keep having babies to keep these boobs big and firm

two changes. that i noticed right away. droopy and no longer firm. but soft. good bra is the key.

the only way i can get my boobs back is to turn back the clock and go back in the time machine without children. nope not interested in that. enjoying motherhood too much.

my body resembles my mom v. much. droopy boobs and big tummy.
:

i now look upon them - like the scars on my body. with love and respect and nostalgia.

that if i am ever in an accident and a jane doe they can look at my body and say - this is the body of a mom. and i am proud of that. i am proud that my body now resembles that of the fertility goddess that my friend presented to me to pass down to another woman at my baby shower.

Well, so far (15+months) ok. I'm totally filling out my bras more than I did pre-pregnancy. I was fairly small - maybe just a B cup. Barely. Now, I'm really enjoying the fullness of breastfeeding breasts. I am back at pre-prego weight, so I feel pretty good, especially out on a Friday night after a few hours without breastfeeding, I fill up with milk and have cleavage - yay! Totally new experience for me!

But, that said, I do notice my nipples are a little bigger now (that makes sense to me - he's been sucking the heck out of them for 15 months). And if I am to believe my older sisters, I too will have smaller breasts than I had originally when all is said and done.

I've already sprung for a good bra (no underwire, but great pick-me-up ability) and I LOVE it. I would highly recommend just buying a bra now that you like and that makes you feel good.

Bodies change after babies, that's just reality. But it's ok. We're made for this and it may not be society's ideal, but it is beautiful.

I'd take saggy boobs over lopsided boobs any day!

I have been nursing non-stop for 5 years plus now. I had about 3 weeks around 8 months into my second pregnancy when I knew I was not producing any milk. All of a sudden my saggy deflated balloon boobs felt like they did pre-kids. Then they started to swell up again and produce colostrum. The party was over.

Now DS has started slowing down a little and I have one firm boob and one that is starting on it's journey to deflated ballonville.

How'd this happen? Maybe it'll change once I give birth...
Maybe I am just totally missing it, but I don't get "wallets"?! How do deflated boobs look like wallets?
