I'm wondering what the success rate is in children actually getting chicken pox after being exposed via lollipops sucked on by children with active chicken pox?

Likely, if the saliva is fresh and child has sores. Less likely if lollipop or sores were dried.

Depends on the kid. My dd was exposed numerous times to kids with very active CP through lolipops, sippys, pacis, toothbrushes... basically everything but licking the other kids with cp. She's never gotten it.
