I'm wondering because after reading about vaccines not being effective for long I looked back on my records from my midwife from my fourth pregnancy (the baby is now four months old) and the bloodwork showed I'm immune to everything that I was vaccinated against. My last vaccine other then a tetanus booster the summer I turned 18 was when I was 10 years old. I'm now 27.

Depends on the vaccine. Some provide longer lasting protection than others.
