I have had some raw goat milk kefir in the fridge for about a month at least. Is there anything I can do with it?

If it smells good, you can eat it. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="smile"><br><br>
If it smells 'off' you can soak grains with it, or use it in cooking in other ways.<br><br>
I think kefir is 'bad' only if it's growing mold. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol"><br><br>
But if your intuition is telling you not to use it, just pitch it. Gotta trust that gut feeling.
