I accidentally bought milled flaxseed and I'm so annoyed!
How long before it goes rancid? It came vacuum-packed.
If I freeze it will it help? I normally grind flaxseed every morning and put it in my yogurt.
Should I just throw it away?

If it's vacuum sealed, it theoretically should be fine until you open it. Once you open it, keep it in the fridge or freezer.

Can you return it?

I use the Spectrum milled flax seed in my oatmeal every morning. I just store it in my fridge.
