Just a quick question: How long does placenta last? In freezer, in fridge, etc.
I had Claire 7 weeks ago and ate a chunk that day, but my friend threw it in the freezer in a plastic container. I want to (well, I don't WANT to, but I feel like I NEED to....) eat some more as I need the energy, nutrients, etc. I'd prefer cutting it up into chunks and keeping it in the freezer, but I don't think I will be able to slice it frozen and I am afraid to thaw it out and re-freeze it.
What do you think?
I'm thinking about doing the Eat to Live program and am thinking that, although the program does not allow for meat, I'd eat placenta anyway. You just gotta' make some concessions, ya know? (though I'd rather make concessions for chocolate than placenta..........
