My son lost both of his top front teeth about 7 moths ago (September). Neither of them have even begun poking through the gums yet. Is this typical? With his 2 bottom front teeth, they both grew in immediately, within a month or so. I'm wondering if I need to take him to a dentist (which I really don't want to do) or if there's something I should be doing at all. Thanks so much for your help!
