While re-organizing my kitchen today I came across several jars of homemade jam. They are 3-4 years old probably. The seal hasn't popped on any of them. Are they still good to eat?

As long as the seal is intact and there's no mold growth, I've eaten it.

Not ideal, nutritionally speaking, of course.

I don't think dh or the kids eat jam for nutrition so I think it'll be okay.
