How long should it take for a WAHM to return an email about a problem with a product?

A Growing Green's dipe I ordered from a wahm store got a hole in it after just a few uses, so I sent an email 3 days ago and still haven't heard back. I checked her site to make sure it didn't say anything about her being on vacation. I'm new to the WAHM world, so I dont' want to be pushy or obnoxious and write her again too soon

Thanks for your advice ladies.

You could just send her a follow up email, which I think it completely fine and non-pushy. Just say something like "I wasn't sure if you got my last email or not, but I just wanted to check..."

Maybe her computer is down or something, but I usually check in if I haven't heard anything for 3 days.

right now a lot of e-mail systems are having problems connecting with eachother, they are either sending the same e-mail over and over (I have one from a customer that I have now recieved 4 times, all with the same sent time) or they aren't connecting to send the mail at all. Yahoo and AOL are two big ones, and Charter is a big problem too (I have charter and half the time I can't send to Yahoo or AOL at all) they have put up blocks on certian servers because of the virus problems everyone was having, and now haven't gotten it straightened out yet. I will send an e-mail to a yahoo address and it will seem fine, but then a day or so later I will get the failure notice. No clue why it doesn't go through at the time.

Anyway so if you have a way of contacting the WAHM's you need to other than their e-mail you might want to try it if you haven't heard back. (such as PMing here, or finding them on a messenger) also requesting a 'read' reciept on your e-mails is a good way to find out if they got it and read it. (how to do that vary's by e-mail program)

Anyway sometimes e-mail isn't reliable but the WAHM is, just keep that in mind when waiting for a response!

P.S. I am glad you got it figured out and that you have a good outcome from your problem! ~

that is true - a lot of the WAHMs were recently hit by a virus (myself included) and emails were bouncing and never recieved, etc. I am still having major email problems and I never got the actual virus - just all the "failed mail" notices. sigh.
