How many Fuzzi Bunz should I buy for a newborn?

I don't want to have to wash more often than once every 2-3 days. I don't want to order too many, but I'll go crazy if I have to wash every stinkin' night.

The FB website says 24 will do, but should I get more? 36?

They dry really quickly so I'd think 24 would be enough.

I recommend 12 per day xs the # of days you want to go between washing plus 4-6 extra for emergencies/keeping in the diaper bag/baby has a super poopy day. So I would say 28-42. That said, I would also recommend trying a few different things during the nb stage. I didn't like fbs and they also didn't work with dd1. We went with WAHM pockets. Plus I found a love for fitteds, prefolds and flats.
