We do becasue we do not have anything (until today) that will work at night. He goes through 2 at least and he sleeps through the night but when I put him to bed dry he plays for a bit then yells Mommyy until I come in and change him. LOL He does not like to go to sleep with a wet diaper. Oh and he still leaks a few days a week!
