How much CLO should I be giving my 12mo daily? We're talking NN here, not the high-vit stuff. Is 1/2tsp enough? A whole tsp?

I know this has been discussed before, but I am having trouble finding an answer...

I use the guidelines on the WAPF site as a starting point. They're based on dosgae of A, so you'd just have to look at the dosing instructions for your bottle to figure out how much in teaspoons.
