I think it depends on what brand you have as the levels of vitamins A and D tend to vary. Krispin Sullivan recommends not taking more than 800 IU of Vitamin D through diet or sunshine (though I don't know how you can tell how many IU of Vitamin D you are generating through sunshine). You don't want to take too much CLO also because it is highly unsaturated and uses up a lot of vitamin E to process it. So I've heard recommendations to take a vitamin E supplement along with the CLO.
