I just got my new bottle of CLO after going w/o for a while. I used to take 1 tbsp per day, but I am wondering is that too much? Too little?

Any recommendations on how much to take per day?

I think it depends on what brand you have as the levels of vitamins A and D tend to vary. Krispin Sullivan recommends not taking more than 800 IU of Vitamin D through diet or sunshine (though I don't know how you can tell how many IU of Vitamin D you are generating through sunshine). Krispin's website at http://www.sunlightandvitamind.com

The Carlson's brand recommends 1 tsp. a day.

You don't want to take too much CLO also because it is highly unsaturated and uses up a lot of vitamin E to process it. So I've heard recommendations to take a vitamin E supplement along with the CLO. Here's a page from a life-extensionist about DHA that also talks about vitamin E to prevent oxidative stress: http://www.benbest.com/health/dha.html
