How much PBJ can fit into a nose?
That is the question and with proper squishing apparently one can get quite a lot in there. (Especially when normal doctors office hours are closed.)

oh dear! Yes, thats how it works. Much more can fit in noses and ears when Drs offices are closed. lol.
Well I was able to get most of it out but there's a piece way up there. His nose is starting to run and hopefully that'll encourage it out...
