I've talked to some mamas here and they told me to be careful about eating greens, drinking green juices and using green superfoods while nursing because those things have detoxifying effect and mobilize toxins. Now I don't know if to eat them (but they are so good for you!!) or not, and if yes, then how much is ok. I am nursing a 15-mnths-old boy.

i used to eat what I thought was good for me or baby, like green juices, chlorella or spirulina, etc., but it might be true those things pull the toxins out of you and get in the milk. what do you think?
