1. Highly Nutritious – Oats are one of the most nutritious foods for babies, as it contains minerals like calcium and phosphorous – good for the bones, iron for hemoglobin, and potassium and sodium for the brain, muscles, and spinal cord. It also contains Vitamins for the suitable growth of body and improves the immune system.
2. Fiber rich – Oats are rich in dietary fiber and thus easily digested by babies.
3. Great for Baby Skin – It makes baby skin soft and smooth. It helps in reducing itching, eczema, rashes, and inflammation.
Suggest some baby food which contain oats in their food

Babies need vitamins, minerals, calcium in a right quantity, give purees made up of fruits like apple, banana, mango, pear, and vegetables purees made up of spinach, sweet potato, tomato, pumpkin, tomato, green peas, beetroot it will help in the growth of your baby, also give porridges made up of ragi. Give fruits and vegetables purees as it can help in providing all the essential vitamins and minerals to your baby.
Oats have goodness of vitamins and minerals which helps in improving immune system of your baby.
