On the Kozy website there is a picture of Kelly using a Kozy with her one day old! I got my first mei tai when my baby was 5 weeks old and started using it then. I got my Kozy when my dd was almost 7 weeks and I find I prefer it for a little baby since it is nice and big and offers lots of head support.
