So, I've tried to do the crunches with the towel wrapped around my waist to hold my separation together and I could barely lift my shoulders off the ground. My separation was huge and still is really, but has healed up a lot. I've been doing standing ab exercises since Dec. My neck strained so bad doing the crunches. It was really disheartening. How should it feel?
