Hi, ladies! I am set to have my cerclage removed on July 5th, and am just curious. My OB (who is very natural-birth-minded) said her experience has been that labor usually proceeds within a week or so of cerclage removal. Just wondering what any of your experiences has been

I am wondering this too. My SIL has a cercloge. She Dr. is going to take it out at 38 weeks. Her dr. she had with the baby she lost was going to take it out at 36.

I am wondering this too, as I am getting mine put in in 6 weeks, and this will be my first cerclage. Was supposed to get one with last PG but didnt last long enough.

I am curious too. I also have one and have had one doc tell me 36 weeks and one 37 or later. If labor starts right away I would rather wait longer, although I don't want to go into labor with it in. How many weeks will you be?
