no sooner than 3 days past O can any symptoms be logically attributed to physical body reactions to pregnancy. And even then it is severely rare. 7dpo is the earliest for those who get very strong symptoms, 14dpo is average for most to get reasonable symptoms and some women do not get any. At any point.

I think my first symptoms were hotness. I remember saying, sheesh, am I going through Menopause!? It was about 7 dpo. I did not test positive till about 13 or 14dpo though. All my other symptoms were similar to pre-af. :

I have been nauseous since 6DPO, tested positive at 13 DPO (didn't test earlier).

However, there were certainly other cycles where I had various "symptoms" that were just the effects of progesterone, I never really noticed them until TTC.

I'd recommend trying to find something else to distract yourself for the next several days!

with both of my boys I was nauseous after just a few days - maybe 6 or 7? It was pretty quick. Everything else followed a week or two later - the soreness, tiredness, etc.
